Services and Therapeutic Orientation
I specialize in working with pre-adolescents, adolescents, young adults, and families. I am skilled in treating behavioral and emotional needs such as depression, anxiety, impulse control, grief and loss, aggression, poor motivation, self-regulation, and trauma recovery. I am experienced in working with the gender queer population; especially gender queer youth and their families.
I utilize techniques from evidence-based practices- cognitive-behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, and strategic therapy.
I am clinically trained in providing individual therapy and family therapy. I received a bachelor's in science degree from Washington State University and a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Northwest University.
